Returns

Your complete satisfaction is very important to Edgecomb Potters.

If for any reason your purchase fails to meet your expectations, items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days (excluding shipping charges). Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition. Items returning to us broken due to inadequate packing will not be refunded. We suggest insured UPS or FedEx for return shipments. We will be unable to help you with a claim for damages for any shipments arriving via the postal service.

You may choose to have the item replaced or have store credit issued to you.

A return authorization number is required for all returns and can be obtained by calling Edgecomb Potters at 800.343.5529. The RA number must be marked on the outside of the return package.  Thank you!
