Originally from Kansas, Collins now lives in Edgecomb, Maine.

He has shown work in New York, NY, Connecticut, Kansas City and Maine. Having a degree in design from the University of Kansas, he is an interior designer, graphic designer and fine artist who creates art in many styles but prefers abstraction.
